Sean Spencer is the driving force behind the operations side of Spencer Realty Professionals. Prior to a career change into real estate, Sean has had many years of management and top management experience. Sean has managed branches of national companies with over 300 direct employees. As a large company manager, Sean learned the importance of Strategic Management, Cooperation, Motivation, Communications and streamlining operations to force both efficiency and profit maximization. Excellent at communications, Mr. Spencer keeps in constant contact with the owners of the properties he manages to insure their profit maximization.
